Ranks compare each pair with 20,000 random ingredient pairs on CompKitchen. How we score pairs

What each ingredient does

Pork tenderloin
Lean meat that browns on the surface and cooks through quickly at high heat.
Sweet potatoes
Starchy base that softens and caramelizes at the edges while roasting.
Brown sugar
Sugars brown in the oven, adding sweetness and a darker crust.
Ground cumin
Warm, earthy aroma that flavors both the pork rub and the potatoes.

The step that matters

Let the pork rest on the cutting board. Resting lets juices redistribute through the meat, so slices stay moist instead of releasing liquid when cut.

Swap the garlic
