Ingredients

  • 2 qt. beef stock (post later) 2 l
  • ½ cup barley 125 ml
  • ½ cup onions (diced) 125 ml
  • 3 potatoes (cooked and diced) 3
  • 2 cups beef (cooked and diced) 500 ml
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine beef stock, barley, and onions in soup kettle.

Bring to boil; reduce heat.

Cook for 1 hour or until barley is tender.

Add potatoes and beef.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook 15 minutes.

Serve hot.
