Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1½ cups milk
- ½ cup butter; room temperature
- ½ cup oil

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
