Ingredients

  • ½ l milk
  • 100 g strong natural coffee essence
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour

Directions

1

Into a saucepan of boiling milk, pour the strong coffee essence, cover with a lid and let it sit on the table for 15 minutes.

2

Whisk the eggs with sugar and flour and pour in the milk little by little, mixing constantly with a spoon.

4
