- 3 Tblsp Balsamic vinegar
- 3 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2/3 c. Olive oil
- 4 c. Red cabbage, shredded
- 6 oz. roast beef, cut into strips
- 2/3 c. Anise
- 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. Roquefort cheese , crumbled
- Pepper to taste

Whisk together horseradish, vinegar, and mustard

Slowly add oil till blended.

Cook cabbage till just wilted; transfer to bowl & cool

Mix in beef, anise, onion, cheese, pepper & dressing
