Directions

1

First, wash the chicken thoroughly three to four times with clean water.

2

Then to marinate the chicken, we will take a vessel, and put the chicken in it.

3

Now put 4 spoons curd, one spoon salt, half spoon degi chilli and one spoon chicken masala in it. If you like lemons, then you can also put a little lemon in it.

4

Now after adding all the spices, mix the chicken well with all the spices. Pay attention, that all the spices are well applied to the whole chicken, only then the taste of the chicken will be good.

5

Now we will keep this utensil in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

6

Till the time our chicken is marinated, we make the masala. For this, take a pan, and put it on the gas and burn the gas. When the pan becomes slightly hot, put butter in it, and let the butter melt.

7

When the butter melts, add ginger garlic paste and some green chilies as well. Now roast it well, and when its color becomes golden, add chopped onions to it.

8

After adding onion, fry it further, when the color of onion becomes golden, take down the pan and turn off the gas, and cover the pan with a plate and keep it in a separate place to cool down.

9

After 2 to 3 hours, we will take out our marinated chicken from the fridge.

10

Now we will fry the chicken. For this, we will take a griddle, and keeping it on the gas, we will burn the gas on low flame.

11

When the griddle becomes slightly hot, put some butter on it.

12

When the butter melts a little, put the chicken on the griddle.

13

Now turn the chicken upside down and make it slightly crispy red. Keep applying some butter while turning the chicken.

14

When the chicken becomes crisp, take it out from the pan in a vessel and turn off the gas.#

15

Now see the masala we had prepared for the chicken, if it has cooled down, then grind it in a grinder. Note that the masala has to be grinded only when it is cool, otherwise the masala will come out of the mixer.

16

Now we make butter chicken, for this take a pan, and put it on the gas and burn the gas.

17

Now put the ground spices in it and put the chicken in as well.

18

Now add salt as per taste, black pepper, chicken masala, and kasoori methi to it.

19

After adding all these spices, mix them all well in the chicken.

20

Now we will roast it for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes add crushed tomatoes to it, because tomatoes contain water, let it boil for a while.

21

After a while, add a little milk or half a cup of homemade cream and mix it well in the chicken, and let it boil further.

22

Adding milk or homemade cream makes the gravy of butter chicken very good. After a while, check that the chicken is cooked.

23

Now put some cream in it, and let it boil well.

24

Now your butter chicken is ready, now we check it, for this we will take out a piece of chicken in a clean plate and break it to see whether the chicken is cooked or raw. If you are feeling less salt and chilli then you can add more salt, chilli, chicken masala according to your taste.

25

Now our butter chicken is ready, take it out in a bowl and garnish it with some butter, some cream and green coriander.
