Ingredients

  • 6 Large Hard-boiled eggs , halved lengthwise (if not already prepared, add 10-15 mins to prep time.)
  • 3 tbsps of mayonnaise or creamy salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp of mustard
  • 1 tsp of vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Paprika (optional)

Directions

Extract yolks from the halved eggs and place the yolks in a bowl, being careful not to break the whites.

Mash yolks with a fork and mix in the remaining ingredients.

Spoon the mixture back into the egg white halves.

(Optional) Garnish with a light sprinkling of paprika.
