Ingredients

  • ⅛ tsp (0.625 ml ) champagne yeast or 2 tsp (10 ml) kefir grains
  • ½ tbsp (7.5 ml) soda extract
  • 1 cup (240 ml) white sugar
  • 2 L water

Sterilize all your equipment before beginning.

Combine all of the ingredients in a container suitable for fermentation . Note that gas will be produced during the fermentation.

Put the container in a warm place, and allow it to ferment for 3 days.

If desired, strain the finished product. Store in the fridge.
