Directions

Spoon a few tablespoons of vanilla cream into the bottom of a martini or parfait glass.

Cover the custard with your fruit of choice, leaving enough room for the topping.

Cover the fruit with crème chantilly , and sprinkle crumbled meringue chips on top.

Serve with a sprig of mint or basil and drizzle with raspberry coulis.
