  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 grinds of the black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon mustard seed
  • Fresh chilli to taste

Directions

Cook the ingredients in the order listed, giving the onions some time before adding everything else.
