two tablespoonfuls of flour, stir and add gradually one cup of milk; cook until it thickens, remove from the stove. Mash the yolks of four hard boiled eggs, add them to the clams; also, one teaspoonful of chopped parsley, half a teaspoonful of salt and a dash of red pepper. Fill baking shells, smooth and brush over with beaten egg and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Brown in a hot oven. This quantity will till fifteen or more shells. Serve very hot.
