CORN (SOUTHERN STYLE)— One can corn, two eggs, one teaspoon salt, one-eighth teaspoon of pepper, one and one-half tea- spoon of melted butter, one pint of hot milk. Beat eggs slightly, add the rest of the ingredients and turn into a well buttered pudding dish. Bake until firm in a slow oven and serve hot.

BAKED TOMATO AND CORN— One can of tomatoes, one can of corn, four crackers rolled fine, one green pepper chopped, one teaspoon of salt, one tablespoon of sugar, butter size of an egg. Mix all together, pour in buttered pan and bake one hour.
