PINEAPPLE SALAD — Arrange thick round slices of canned pineapple on lettuce leaves. Arrange thin strips of pimento on top of pineapple to represent a flower ; fill center with riced cream cheese sprinkled with paprika. Have everything ice cold and serve with dressing made of two tablespoons olive oil, paprika, three teaspoons sugar, one tablespoon malt vinegar and two tablespoons lemon juice, pinch of salt. Stir until well mixed and pour about one tablespoon of dressing over each salad.
