Directions

SALAD DRESSING — Three eggs, six tablespoons of sugar, half a cup of vinegar, one teaspoon of mustard. Beat eggs light, mix sugar, vinegar and mustard, boil all together until thick, season with pepper and salt to taste. When ready for use, add six tablespoons of whipped cream.

SALAD DRESSING— One hard boiled egg chopped fine, one teaspoon of tomato catsup, one teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, two tablespoons of olive oil, one-half teaspoon of chopped green pepper, red pepper and salt to taste, two tablespoons of tarragon vinegar. Mix and serve cold over lettuce or tomatoes.
