Dice the meat from a 2 pound lobster : scald 4 cups milk with 1 slice onion, take out the onion, add :'> tablespoons butter, the lobster liver and meat, salt and pepper to taste, 1 cup hot water in which the bones have been stewed for 10 minutes, and 2 rolled crackers. Use cayenne pepper or paprika.
