- 3 good sized bananas

1 qt. cream, % pound sugar, 3 good sized bananas ; put 1 pt. of the cream into a farina boiler. When hot, add the sugar, stir un- til dissolved, and stand aside to cool. When cool add the remaining pt. of cream ; turn into freezer and begin to freeze ; pare the ban- anas and cut out the centers with their seeds ; mash the remainder to a smooth paste, and turn into the cream when latter is nearly frozen; flavor the cream with a little Royce's vanilla.
