1 pt. whipped cream, i/o cup granulated sugar, yoiks of 3 eggf^ beaten, 5 stale lady fingers rolled into poAvder, 1 teaspoon Royce's coffee extract ; pour into buttered mold ; cover tightly and pack in ice and salt for three or four hours. Mrs. Leon G. Ball.
