Ij4 tbs. fish (cod, salmon or halibut); 4 eggs;

2 cups cream; Chopped parsley;

6 soda crackers; Pepper and salt to taste.

Boil fish. When cold, shred it. Soak soda crackers and press them ; mix with fish ; add eggs, parsley and plenty of seasoning. Butter mold well; steam from 3 to 4 hours. Serve with cream sauce.
