Directions
1 teaspoon Coleman's mustard; 2 tablespoons powdered sugar;
1 teaspoon Salt; 6 tablespoons olive oil;
1 teaspoon pepper; 4 tablespoons vinegar;
1 onion, chopped fine; 1 green pepper, chopped very fine.
Mix mustard, salt, pepper and sugar ; stir in oil and then the vinegar. Pour this over the onion and pepper; let stand a half hour before serving. Remove the seeds from the green pepper and always chop pepper and onion separately and then mix.
