Bird Nest Salad

  1. Make soft cream cheese into little balls to represent eggs. Make nest of shredded lettuce. Put a spoonful of salad dressing in the nest, lay four or five eggs on top of this. Sprinkle with paprika. Neufchatel cheese makes pretty eggs, and may be tinted any delicate color.
