One quart of milk, one and a half quarts of cream T three bananas mashed with the juice of one orange. Sweeten to taste and flavor with vanilla. Put the milk and cream into the freezer and let them stand until cool, then add the fruit. Freeze.

Scald one and a half quarts of milk. Beat two eggs very light, add gradually one cup of sugar and a small teaspoonful of corn starch, add these to the scalded milk and set to cool. When cool add a pint or a pint.
