Directions
Four cups of flour, one cup of milk, three of sugar, five eggs beaten separately, save the whites of three eggs for icing; one cup of butter, three teaspoonfuls of Star Crystal Baking Powder, the half of a grated cocoanut and put into the mixture, the other half put 'with the whites of three eggs and one-half cup of powdered sugar, with a little orange water or lemon juice for icing.
