3 oz. bread-crumbs. 3 oz. flour.

3 oz. suet. j 1 lb. figs.

2 oz. sugar (moist). 1 egg.

1 teaspoonDil baking-powder. little milk.

Chop the suet and figs finely, put the flour, figs, suet, breadcrumbs and sugar into a bowl ; add baking powder ; moisten with beaten egg and milk ; pour into well-greased bowl ; steam 2 hours.
