Broiled Ham and Eggs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak the ham slices in hot water for 3-4 minutes to reduce saltiness.

  2. Dry the ham slices and broil them over hot coals for about 5 minutes.

  3. Fry several slices of salt pork in a pan.

  4. Add the eggs to the pan and cook until the whites are firm, basting with the fat from the pork.
