Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Select small bananas.

  2. Pull down a section of the skin and remove the coarse threads.

  3. Cover with the skin and lay them in an agate pan.

  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) until the skins turn black.

  5. Remove the pulp from the skin and cover with Sultana Sauce.
