Ingredients

Directions

Prepare the fruit

  1. Cut off the top of the pineapple, leaving the pineapple intact.

  2. Scoop out the inside of the pineapple to create a shell.

  3. Shred the scooped-out pineapple from the core.

  4. Cut the grapefruit in half and scoop out the pulp.

  5. Seed the white grapes.

  6. Mix the shredded pineapple, grapefruit pulp, and white grapes; sweeten to taste.

Add the liquors and serve

  1. Add the Maraschino cherries, Maraschino liquor, sherry wine, and brandy to the fruit mixture.

  2. Fill the pineapple shell with the fruit mixture and cover tightly.

  3. Place in a cool place until ready to serve.

  4. Before serving, tie a pretty bow of pink ribbon around the pineapple.
