Ingredients
- sponge cake
- fresh strawberries
- sugar
- heavy cream
Directions

Make a fine sponge cake and bake it in very small round pans.

Once baked, layer fresh strawberries on top of one cake layer and sprinkle with sugar.

Cover with another layer of sponge cake and sift sugar over the top.

Serve one cake to each person with heavy cream on the side.
