Peanut Candy

Ingredients

• Peanuts (shelled and skinned)
• Hot candy (prepared separately)

Directions

1. Remove the thin reddish skin from the peanuts.

2. Fill a tin tray with the peanuts to a depth of about 1 inch.

3. Pour the hot candy over the peanuts, stirring to coat each one.

4. Use just enough candy to make the peanuts adhere to each other, forming a large cake.

5. When nearly cold, cut the candy into squares or bars with a sharp knife.
