Stuffed Veal

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Have your butcher chop open the veal to allow for filling.

  2. In a saucepan, heat lard and add the chopped shallots and soaked bread.

  3. Season with salt and pepper, and cook while stirring to prevent burning.

  4. Remove from heat and mix in the eggs until well combined.

  5. Fill the veal with the dressing and place it in the oven.

  6. Baste frequently to keep the meat juicy.
