Molded Rice

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make a bag three fingers long and dip it in hot water.

  2. Fill the bag with rice and tie it, leaving room for the rice to swell.

  3. Place the bag in a pot with cold water and add salt.

  4. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 to 45 minutes.

  5. Turn the bag often to prevent sticking, and place a saucer in the bottom to avoid burning.

  6. Serve with milk or butter and sugar.
