Ingredients
- 20 pounds whole peaches
- 8 pounds loaf sugar
- 1 quart syrup
- 1 pint brandy

Boil the peaches slowly until they become transparent.

Remove the peaches and spread them on dishes to cool.

Boil the juice to a thick syrup.

Add 1 pint of brandy to the syrup.

Pour the hot syrup over the peaches.
