Cocoanut Cream

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Combine the French cream mixture with freshly grated cocoanut and melted chocolate if desired.

  2. Mould the mixture into cubes.

  3. Place the cubes on buttered baking sheets, leaving space between them.

  4. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for a few minutes.
