Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the freezer in a tub filled with ice and salt.

  2. Ensure the freezer is 12-14 inches deep and 8-10 inches wide for better freezing.

  3. Use a long-handled silver spoon to scrape ice from the sides as it forms.

  4. Once fully frozen, pack the ice cream into molds and place them in ice and salt until hard.

  5. Keep the freezer in motion throughout the freezing process.
