How to Clean and Boil Fish

Ingredients

Directions

  1. If the fish is not cleaned, clean it thoroughly.

  2. For boiling, add some coarse sea salt and a little vinegar to the water.

  3. Soak fresh-water fish in strong saltwater to remove muddy smell and taste.

  4. Put the fish in cold water and bring to a gentle boil.

  5. For crimped fish, place it in boiling salted water, then add a little cold water to reduce heat and let it simmer.
