Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 slices of boiled ham
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Flour for sprinkling
- 1 tablespoon melted lard
- 2 tablespoons hot milk

Boil the cabbage in water until the leaves open.

Chop the ham and a few cabbage leaves very fine.

Chop the hard boiled eggs and mix with ham, cabbage, salt, pepper, mustard, and melted butter.

Remove the heart of the cabbage and fill it with the mixture.

Tie the cabbage and cook in boiling water until tender.

Remove the cloth, place the cabbage on a pan, sprinkle with flour and melted lard.

Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) until brown.

For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, stir in flour until thickened, then add hot milk and stir well.

Pour the sauce over the cabbage and top with slices of hard boiled eggs.
