Premium Family Bread
Ingredients
Directions
Mix flour, water, yeast, and salt into a stiff dough.
Knead the dough until it becomes rubbery and starts to break instead of spread out.
Let the dough rest until it loses its springiness.
Knead again, then let it stand for a few minutes before shaping into rolls or loaves.
Knead the dough three to four times, half an hour apart, for best results.
Knead again at 4 AM and once more an hour later to prepare for breakfast.
