Scripture Cake

Ingredients

• 1½ cups of Judge (5:25)
• 6 cups of Jeremiah (17:11)
• 2 cups of Jeremiah (6:20)
• 2 cups of Nehum (3:12)
• 1 cup of Numbers (17:8)
• 4½ cups of I Kings (4:22)
• a pinch of Leviticus (2:13)
• 2 tablespoons of I Samuel (14:25)
• ½ cup of Judges (4:19)
• 2 tablespoons of Amos (4:5)
• season to taste

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point. The book gives no cooking times either; the times in the steps were added in transcription, so check for doneness rather than trusting the clock.

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.

3. Mix well until the batter is smooth.

4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.

5. Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
