Marshmallow Frosting

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil sugar and water until it spins a thread.

  2. Pour the syrup slowly onto the egg white, beating constantly with a wire whisk.

  3. Add half of the marshmallows at once and stir until dissolved, then spread as the first layer.

  4. Add the remaining marshmallows and beat a little longer, then spread as the top layer.

  5. Melt the chocolate and gently shake it over the cake from a distance of one foot.
