Salmon Baked with Potatoes

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Pare and cut the potatoes in half, then parboil them and drain the water.

  3. Dust the potatoes with salt and pepper, and place them in a baking dish with a little water.

  4. Place a trivet in the dish and put the salmon on top.

  5. Melt some butter and pour it over the salmon.

  6. Bake in the oven until cooked through.
