Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil water in a kettle and move it to the side.

  2. Cook the rashers of meat in a pan or on a gridiron.

  3. Warm a dish and plates in the oven.

  4. While the meat cooks, toast two or three rounds of bread.

  5. Once the meat is cooked, place it on the hot dish and cover to keep warm.

  6. Prepare tea by rinsing the teapot with boiling water and adding tea and sugar.

  7. Boil the eggs until done, then place them in egg cups.

  8. Arrange the teapot, dish of hot meat, and hot plates on a tray and take them to the breakfast room.
