Chicken Fritters

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make the chicken mixture into walnut-sized balls and flatten them slightly.

  2. Heat the fat until very hot.

  3. Dip each ball into the thick batter, ensuring it is well coated.

  4. Using a spoon, drop each fritter into the hot fat instead of using a frying basket.

  5. Fry until the fritters puff up and turn a rich brown color.

  6. Lift out the basket, drain the fritters, and serve with fried parsley.
