Sunderland Pudding

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Prepare a batter as you would for a traditional pudding.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Grease small cups with sweet cream.

  4. Fill the cups two-thirds full with the batter.

  5. Bake until set and lightly golden.
