Nasturtium Sauce

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Gather green nasturtium seeds when they are fully grown but not hard.

  2. Place the seeds in a jar of vinegar without the stems.

  3. Add a muslin bag of spices (mace, nutmeg, and a piece of hot ginger) to the jar.

  4. To prepare the sauce, melt butter in a pan.

  5. Once the butter is simmering, add plenty of nasturtium seeds from the jar.
