Ranks compare each pair with 20,000 random ingredient pairs on CompKitchen. How we score pairs

What each ingredient does

Dandelion flowers
Provide the flavour base of the wine.
Granulated sugar
Feeds the yeast and provides the sweetness and alcohol source.
Yeast
Ferments the sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide.
Oranges
Add citrus aroma and acidity to the wine.

The step that matters

Bottle the wine but do not cork tightly. Fermentation keeps producing carbon dioxide gas. A tight cork can trap enough pressure to force the cork out or burst the bottle, so the bottle needs room to vent.
