Veal Cutlets

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the veal cutlets by coating them in the beaten egg and then in the bread crumbs.

  2. In a pot, combine the canned tomato, onion, bay leaf, cloves, peppercorns, and salt. Boil for 15 minutes.

  3. Strain the mixture to remove solids.

  4. Mix the flour with a little water until smooth, then thin it out with more water.

  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the hot tomato juice, stirring until thickened.

  6. Boil for an additional 5 minutes.
