Lemon Rinds Marmalade

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and remove all the white part from the rinds.

  2. Place the rinds in boiling water until they begin to soften.

  3. Remove the rinds from the heat and transfer them to cold water.

  4. Drain the rinds on a sieve and prepare them into marmalade, similar to how you would with apricots.
