Quince Jelly

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove the stems and blossoms from the quinces.

  2. Wash the quinces thoroughly and slice them without peeling.

  3. Place the sliced quinces in a pan and add enough water to cover them.

  4. Gently stew the quinces, adding a little water occasionally, until they are completely soft.

  5. Pour the mixture into a jelly bag and let the juice drain through, pressing gently to extract all the liquid.
