What each ingredient does

Chicken
Forms the savoury, protein-rich filling that becomes tender as it cooks.
Pulwals
Serve as the edible casing that holds the chicken filling during cooking.
Coconut milk
Provides moisture and richness, carrying the curry flavour through the cooking liquid.
Currystuffs
Supply the spice flavour to both the filling and the cooking sauce.
