Practical Cooking, and Dinner Giving

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix flour and water until large bubbles form in the dough, about 30 minutes.

  2. Wet your hands to keep the dough supple and knead until elastic and not sticky.

  3. Place the dough in a warm place to rise for 1-2 hours.

  4. Sprinkle flour on a board and take out enough dough for one loaf.

  5. Shape the dough into a round loaf by gathering the sides carefully.

  6. Flour a rolling pin and roll the dough to form a cut.

  7. Roll the ends toward the center and shape the loaf long.

  8. Place the loaf on a floured baking pan and let it rise for 25-30 minutes.

  9. Bake the loaf until golden brown.
