Salmon Chops

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare a salmon paste as directed for croquettes and let it cool until stiff.

  2. Mold the paste into the shape of mutton chops.

  3. Dip each chop in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.

  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

  5. Fry the chops as you would croquettes or doughnuts.

  6. Insert a piece of macaroni into the small end of each chop to resemble a bone.

  7. Serve with sauce tartare or tomato sauce and garnish with sliced lemon.
